H&Y Law Firm (“H&Y”) was originally founded in 2000.In 2003 H&Y was restructured by merging with two groups of attorneys from Tong Da Law Offices’ Shanghai Office and Shanghai Pioneer Law Offices and developed into a full service law firm with 9 partners leading a variety of associate teams. The firm is based in Shanghai but provides services to the whole China. In addition, to better serve clients worldwide, H&Y has established working affiliations with law firms in U.S., Europe, Canada, Australia, Israel, Singapore, Hong Kong and other countries and regions.
